Airbase Georgia offers a variety of living history flight experiences in our aircraft. Feel the g-forces from the 1,500 horsepower Rolls Royce Merlin engine in our P-51 Mustang “Red Nose”, or transport yourself back to the Battle of Midway in the gunner’s seat of our ultra-rare SBD-5 Dauntless! You will see, hear, and feel what the airmen of the Greatest Generation experienced in the skies over Europe and the Pacific during World War II. Get the adrenaline rush of a lifetime and help us Keep ‘Em Flying! The Commemorative Air Force has the largest collection of flying warbirds, but our members are our greatest asset. As a CAF Colonel, you can help fulfill our mission to Educate, Inspire, and Honor through the preservation and operation of our amazing aircraft. You don’t have to be a pilot or a mechanic.
